I've got a set of Bronco script emblems that I bought a year ago in anticipation of my Bronco coming in. Well I've had it a month and I want to install them. I went to the Home Depot to buy double sided tape and I found none that I'm comfortable with. They say permanent adhesion and may leave residue. What are you all using to mount yours?

Been using 3M available at parts store and home centers, forever.
Red peal of film.
Available in grey and black.
Black is stronger.

The easiest is 3M PN 8069 which is 2x12” strips of transfer tape that allow you to mount an emblem in less than 30 seconds. It’s hard to find in packs smaller than 10 which cost about $50 so it’s an expensive option.

Most people are best off with a narrow width tape and apply multiple strips for wider emblems. This one works well.

I'm going to hit the auto parts stores in town today to see if I can pick up a roll of this. Thanks!

I was gonna use 3M's VHB (which I use for permanent bonds), so it's good to know there's a less aggressive version! Thanks, guys.
