Which Hardtop Lift?

Just curious which hard top lift you guys are using?

Years ago when I had a Jeep, I designed and built my own using a HF winch I installed in the attic. This go round, my house has an upstairs above the garage so no easy access. Also I have a support beam to contend with. I think I will have to lift the main back portion only because of spacing I have available. Also I have a light bulb square in the way.
