Where can I sell my Bronco

Perhaps you chose the wrong model of Bronco - or perhaps not - as many here have BASE model Broncos and have modified them nicely. But the fun - as you put it - and the money - is in modifying it the way that you want. I have had several Mustangs and Harleys that I put a lot of money into from customizing and modifying them for the sheer enjoyment by making them "mine" - and it is always nice - but not necessary - to win Trophies to show some appreciation by others. But I always did it to enjoy the bike or car that much more by making it "mine". And I paid for that extra enjoyment for those moments - and did not look to ever recoup any of the extras back - and do not regret having done so. But I always sold the extras with the bike or ca - never removing anything. For a couple of reasons - that is what made them special and why would I want to pay for the cost have having them taken off - only to have to then deal with Craiglists people saying "would you take?" for each item being sold. Besides it is a Buyers market - and by having these extras on the Bronco it will distinguish your Bronco over all the other ones for sale and in the end should make it easier and quicker to sell yours to someone.

Mods and their value. Modding ANYTHING (and I did a lot of it on many motorcycles for example), is "tunning" the vehicle to YOUR individual taste. We all know that. MOST of the time the funds put into modding cannot be recovered, and a good advice was given to "take it back to stock" and sell the rest individually.

However, there is also the off chance that the prospective buyer will like/want/need mods and pay for them. This was the case with my OBX. It started its life as "normal" OBX with Lux, but the previous owner had the "in" with parts and labor (cheap to him), so he put Camburg/Icon suspension, 3" lift, SAS wheels/tires, and both lockers/gearing. IF i purchased a new, unmolested Bronco (and found a killer price on a plain one), I would do all the shit the previous guy did and spend roughly 11K on the top of the purchase price anyway. When I saw this one, it was just right for "me". Had everything I wanted, and only few things I don't need/want (lane departure, blind spot, 360 camera). I was willing to pay a little more (very little) over KBB because of the extra equipment.

Running into a person that will have similar taste in "fru-fru" addons is rare. Functional mods (suspension, engine performance, exhaust, wheels/tires) are easier to sell, because people like us will do the mods anyway.

The lady should advertise 'as is" and not waste time/money in going back to stock. Extra equipment is negotiable. She'll never be back though, I probably scared her, as scary as I am. I am like that only behind the keyboard. A real pussycat in the real life.

Anyway, she learned her lesson from Jeep and will only get a Rubicon now... That same logic should have been applied to her Bronco purchase.

Unless she got the Base Sasquatch, modding a non-Sasquatch Base Bronco to Rubicon levels of performance is an exercise in stupidity. There's just way too much to overcome especially after you consider the cost.

Hopefully, others may learn from her mistake. I made some mistakes with my order back when I was ordering in 2021, as I didn't understand all the subtle details when I was ordering or specific configurations were simply not possible, forcing compromises I didn't want to make.

I chose Base model, thinking it would be fun to build it up as I want it. Never again. I had to learn that lesson already with Jeep. I now only buy Rubicon. I don’t know why I thought it was different with the Bronco?!
Anyhow- I am done playing with my Bronco and am ready to sell it. Does anyone know where I can sell it & add on all the extras that it has. Cause right now I am seeing KBB offers. Not happening. They offered $30k. Wtf?They also (not that I’ve seen) do not account for tires, rims, lift, bumped etc …lo jack

Aftermarket add-on's are worth essentially zero on resale. Unless you happen to find someone with the exact same taste's and mechanical preferences as you, they have no value. I learned that years ago with a Mustang and a Z28. 7k Supercharger? That's nice. The buyer sees that as a car that's been raced or driven hard and is a doorstep away from blowing up. Killer Alpine stereo? Some buyers don't care. Other's have different brand preferences or demand more bass or power. If you do mods, do them for yourself. No one else is going to pay you for your dream.

Take the vehicle back to stock as much as reasonably possible and sell all your mods/accessories on FB. I got about $33k trade for my 22 non sas Big Bend with about 40k miles on it and another $8k or so selling all my accessories on marketplace (a big chunk of that was the hard top). Only had to pay about $3k out of pocket for my truck. If u have a hard top definitely by no means trade it in with that… buy a used soft top first and make $4kish extra on the hardtop. Dealer will give you the same $ either way.

I just saw this thread and really thought the OP was a troll, but didn't realize the account was 8 months old... This one is just odd to me. Someone who has been around Jeeps for a long time would know the same thing applies (mods carry almost no value).

Part of what I love about the Raptor honestly. Factory warranty with little that needs to be changed around (so you can watch your expensive vehicle depreciate versus depreciate and suck away $20K in add ons ).

Well......I traded my 23 Bronco. Paid about 53k and was able to re-coup 47K. But that is a for a Heritage with mid package, only real extra was the pull-out tailgate. Plus, I got to drive it for almost 2 years.

I have never gotten a dime for any mods or accessories that I have added. I usually just pull the mods off and sell them myself. Currently trying to sell the Sunrider top .

Got the itch for another muscle car and have always liked pickup trucks...but that is me.

Pull the accessories, sell for yourself to recoup some $, and sell to Carvana or find a dealer that will pay more.
