To try and provide an answer. I have not seen any dealers mention having one scheduled for production yet. I can see Ford wanting to build a bunch of basic HE's first in effort to work out any remaining MOD top issues before building the more expensive HE-L. OP, you thinking about ordering one?
How did I know, Blue, that it would be you to come in with a real answer?
Edit: just realized the OP has only been here like 3 days. For clarity, "by September" has been a running B6G joke since the build and price nonsense of 2020.
