Wheel refinishing recommendations?

I bought a used wheel/tire combo a few months ago to try on my Big Bend. 35/12.50/17's with Fuel wheels with a +6 offset.

Anyway, they have some rock rash on them. Not a huge deal, but I was looking to dress them up a little bit rather than spending $$$ right now on new ones. I need recommendations on 1. how to fix the rock rash and 2. Prep/paint recommendations for painting the faux beadlock rings (not removable unfortunately). I've nosed around on this site and on the Internet at large, but would like someone with experience to chime in if you can. Thanks!

Offroad rig with off-road wheels/tires and carbon gray lips. Rattlecan touch-ups. Just mask and shoot the lips, then next time they need a repair, spray the affected area.
