Funny you mention leeks...I've been using wild leeks(ramps) on homemade pizzas this week. Boyyyyw is that good. Dice them up and add them in the last couple minutes of cooking on a white pizza(don't add early, theyre delicate)....if you like garlic you'll love it.

Can't say I've tried paprika on pizza. Sounds pretty good, though.

I think you have to "smoke" the paprika first

I thought everything cooked in Maryland was legally required to include Old Bay?

Jalapenos belong on everything. I even put jalapenos on my jalapenos.

Correct. Velveta mac n chees with ground beef and Old Bay is basically nirvana.
