What plugs / connectors are these?

Is that right below the driver side headlight? If so that is the main harness connection that is for the harness that runs along the bumper.

I'm guessing you switched bumpers, correct? If so, you forgot to SAVE your old harness is my guess. Whenever you switch bumpers you need to SAVE your old harness, which had the fog light wiring.

If i'm correct in that you upgraded to a different bumper, you'll need to go buy the right harness from Ford now. It's a harness that plugs into that and gives you your fog light wires (for plastic/capable bumper equipped trucks) and it also contains the sensors for the front as well in the same harness.
