I attempted to install some sick skids yesterday and was unable to get the driver side to sit flush. I gave up and went to the passage side without a problem and realized I have something rotated on the tire side. I'm not sure if this is a spacer or a flag nut. I'm trying to decide to cut it off with a grinder, or so I take it to the dealer. I'm a little concerned something is loose and allowing it to rotate, but this bolt should be torqued to 350. I can't rotate it by hand, and honestly haven't tried to loosen the shock bolt myself. Any thoughts?

Tighten the bolt and that will rotate up where it is supposed to be.

The problem is this bolt is torqued tougher than I can manage at home. And if
Something is rotated, then doesn't that mean the bolt has loosened... I have tried to loosen or tighten and I can't get it to budge

You need a good impact gun. Those bolts are torqued over 300 lbs. I think 360 lbs If I recall. But yes it's supposed be 180 from where it is now.
