What happens to my order?

After the info on the $2,500 incentive & losing the upgrades, I hunted & scooped up a better abandoned order.
If I tell the dealer with my original order, will he just reassign it to someone else or cancel it?
Can I essentially find someone myself who would want my order & change names?

Pretty sure you can't simply change names. You could find a buyer and flip it, but after paying tax that becomes difficult as the prices are moderating from where they had been.

So... you cannot change names on a retail order that has been COVP'd. All 2023MY orders should have COVP approval attached.

It is in their best interest to cancel the order so the allocation can go to someone else. They can keep the order if they wish, but it'll go against their COVP name-match policy if it is sold to someone else.

You can sell the order to someone else, but in order for the dealership to get their COVP name-match your name as to be on the vehicle's registration. So... either you buy the vehicle and turn around and sell it. Or you buy it jointly.

Did you not spend the $2500 cancel incentive on the other Bronco you bought? The only way to get that is to cancel your order.
