What does Priority Status 01 mean?

So my dealer showed me that my order Status is Priority 01. Does anyone know if this is a good thing or if it means I should be scheduled to build soon ?

It's a good thing... it's the first order Ford considers (at that store) when they're scheduling but it doesn't necessarily mean it will schedule "soon".

That is the highest priority you can have if I understand it correctly. If all the parts, and options are there to build it, you would be built before a priority 10 with the same exact build.

I believe 10 is as high a priority a dealer can assign.

As said above this is a very good thing. My understanding from being a priority 01 is that this is assigned by Ford Regional. It indicates they are looking at this first for scheduling. Mine scheduled the next time scheduling took place (although it was early in the process and I waited two months for the second round of scheduling to happen, then rescheduled 5 more times after two more months). So be excited, but don’t get too excited too soon! I hope yours goes smoooooooth….

I was PC 01 for a couple of months before being built. It then took over 3 weeks to get delivered. Like others have said, just because you are PC 01, it's really anyone's guess when it will be built.
