Perhaps Ford assigns a timestamp at the time of the order, for those without reservations.

The customer then just waits like everyone else, regardless if the dealer has 1 or 100 orders.

Broncos are delivered in timestamp order, taking into account all the allocation and commodity elements.

There is no shortcut to the front of the line, unless you hand your dealer an advance $10,000 ADM check.

Or they got no allocations since they had no reservations. So it might be a while.
Also dealers had to opt in to the bronco reservation program. There was a fee associated with that

I’m sure they did. I know he said they have sold 30 sports. And this is a dealer that had all the big Tonka and Black ops trucks and other crazy Ford stuff.

He said he should be able to get at least 4. Whatever that means. But did say that he will not be able to put one on the lot. That if they don’t get ordered they don’t get them.

What happens if someone with an early reservation comes to that dealership with a transfer before March 19?

I actually don’t think he’s jumped the line but the reservation process with my dealer didn’t allow anyone past Sept 19 to place an order and somehow OP has. Either way my order is in an I’m comfortably in the middle of my dealer’s initial allocation figure and that’s with a first day timestamp.

The likely hood of this person getting one before someone with a reservation is slim. The Order Numbers is associated with the Reservation. Ford will be able to see all that. When they this build associated with nothing, I can only presume that it will be at the end of a very very very very very long line that His will be built.

@noahr Noah, what do you think has happened to this young man. I'm not even sure the salesperson knows what they are doing. Now it looks like the dealer is holding a ton of his money.
