Vortex license plate bracket install question

I ordered the vortex signs license plate relocation bracket and I was looking to see if the position of it interferes with any wiring or etc. I would be doing the same as this photo

It looks like it mounts to the rock guard below the bumper. That's where I put mine (a different brand) and there's nothing behind it to worry about. Use Stainless Hardware so you don't have to worry about it. Some may think it hangs too low, but as long as you're careful not to get too close to stuff (using Parking sensors properly), there should be no issue.
