I have the SmarterHome Hard Top Lifter and it works great for the Hard Top: https://www.smarterhome.com/collections/specialty-lifters-1/products/hard-top-lifter-bronco

I have Dual Tops: Hard top and Soft top.

So I wanted to dual purpose the lifter to hold the Soft top up and out of the way when the Hard Top is installed.

Unfortunately SmarterHome does not have a bracket or official solution for using their Hard top lifter with the soft top.

But, I came up with a relatively simply solution using (2) Schedule 40 Galvanized Pipes with some foam insulation wrapping to run underneath the SmarterHome webbing/net that is used for the Hard Top to carry the soft top up as well.

No adjustments were needed to the balance of the sled - just slide a pipe under the back behind the metal bar and the other one runs up front into a little slot on the front brackets to lock things neatly into place.

As back up, I ran two more straps around the back bar and the SmarterHome back bar.

Attaching pictures if this helps someone else.

That is helpful. I seem to put mine up in a different configuration every time, none of which I actually like!
