I'm one of "those people" who carries two phones. I just prefer to keep work and personal separate. One of the things that I find disappointing with the Sync is that it does not seem to be able to have both phones be "active" at the same time. I can connect either phone to make calls, but have to go in and manually switch them. This means that if I happen to receive a call on the "inactive" phone, it does not come through on the handsfree.
I have had previous vehicles (GM) where you could have two phones active - one would be active for everything (calls and audio), while the other was only active for incoming calls. This was a much nicer solution.
This is just on my mind because a new Michigan law went into effect this weekend and basically makes touching your phone while driving illegal. So if I get a call on the "inactive" phone, I can't even (legally) answer it quickly and then try to make that phone active.
Don't think anyone really has a solution for this (unless I am missing something), but if Ford is watching, this is an improvement that should be made.
