Now click on the 3 lines on top left. Then click customer portal and paste your vin on search icon on top right. It’ll give you another view. Sorry do it on the previous screen not this one showing.

it’s very finicky but you have to create most of it on your phone…
When I was setting up my account, the confirmation of the account creation email went to my spam folder, so you might need to do some digging once it’s sent
no idea on that one. Whenever I looked up mine before, it showed inactive until today when it was finally unloaded off the rail car with "pending pickup" only other statuses I know are in route and delivered....So now I’m really perplexed. I had to do a VIN search for my order and it shows “inactive”. It had requested pickup on the bottom of Dec 6.
The railcar has been empty a week. The rail yard says they don’t have it. So did it not make the railcar? I’ve verified the railcar with Ford 3 times.

The dealer has requested, they've called almost daily but I think they're giving up. They said they'd go get it as they sometimes do vehicles. It's just weird.
at our Railyard calling usually makes it happen quicker. Might be a labor shortage, or convoy shortage in your area?
