you’ve got to be kidding me. My friend just started working at this dealership so I told him to figureout what’s going On. It wasn’t my fault that it was delayed three months of delivery. Sales guy is claiming that Ford (allegedly) corporate switched it up and have to put 5k markup on post November deliveries, sounds like BS to me

Just work my financing today with my dealer, MSRP + tax, title, and license. They didn’t honor X-Plan or my DORA rate, but at least I got MSRP, just want it all to end

They are going to get your price protection payment in 60 days that’s owed to you… plus you should’ve had a certificate on the system with $495-$895 depending on your model, they acts as instant rebate.

Got off the phone with my friend at the dealership. Apparently it was all just a joke to pull my leg and see how I would react, they got me but not a funny joke I was ready to send the hounds after them. Still getting it for MSRP. .Either A it was actually a joke or B they were serious and my friend got them to back off the markup

My dealer came through as promised yesterday. They took like 4% off MSRP (aka xplan price), subtracted my $695 1st round price protection, will send me the 2nd round price protection $1,7xx once Ford sends it.

Basicallt in the end ,WT, MIC, HIGH, Door Bags, Roof Rails, and Built in Nav for ~57k OTD.... Not bad

So if the Bronco you're trying to get now isn't really yours, what happens when the Bronco you did reserve comes in? I say you sell it back to them for 10K extra

My dealer had a guy buy his, during final gas up, called otter dealerships, and did just that. Literally drive it across the steer to Toyota and got a check for $10k more than his sales contract.

I can't tell you what a relief it was to make the 120 mile drive home with no issues. It was raining, I was out side climbing under the Bronco checking things...doing the pickup checklist.

Which reminds me..

PSA: check your fuses before you leave the dealer! Not only were the three bolts that hold in the fuse box to the underside plugs loose, but 98% of my fuses were NOT seated. I'm pretty confident, that had I not tightened all that up before the leaving the dealer, My trip home would not have gone so well.

I also zipped tied the hose away from the pully...was literally soaked afterwards, but worth it.

No idea what happens to that one. That one was a large dealership in SoCal and I treated poorly for most of my interactions with that one, not sure if it will ever be scheduled

Every step of the way there has been a hiccup as if ford is trying to get me to buy a Chevy or Toyota

Actually the real threat is Wrangler, they got plenty on the lot. (I would never buy one) Ford has really screwed the pooch on this vehicle.
I am getting a 22 after 23s are being built. Don't tthink I will buy another.
