That’s absolutely BS and they’re full of shit. Ford doesn’t set the sale price the dealer does. Ford was already paid for your bronco when the dealer ordered it. They basically front the money on your behalf and pay Ford what they establish as the cost based on the window sticker and when in arrives you are reimbursing the dealer. So that 5k is all them!!
Figured as much. So convenient that right before the bronco shows up, all of a sudden there is now a 5k markup. I would have rather paid 5k markup if I bought a car off the lot. I waited for that exact reason of not paying any markup

I would call them out on their lie and see if they decide to honor MSRP. Or even email someone from ford corporate and ask them directly if they are charging 5k on orders after November that way you have documented proof they’re full of shit. Even at MSRP they are still making money off your purchase. I believe they earn a certain percentage off of every sale from ford.

Went ahead and sent an email to ford corporate and hoping for a decent turnout time before the bronco arrives at the dealership

Good luck and hope it all works out for you!! The least these dealers could do is take care of customers who have been waiting an eternity for a vehicle they should’ve had years ago. Nothing like adding insult to injury.

Every step of the way there has been a hiccup as if ford is trying to get me to buy a Chevy or Toyota

I kno it sucks, I’ve had my fair share of anger and disappointment with this whole process but I promise it’s so worth it in the end. I can’t stand the “it’s so worth the wait” shit cuz honestly the wait is completely unacceptable for customer service. After getting bumped from 21 to 22 I reached out to my dealer back in May and they told me it would get bumped to a 23. I was driving a 2019 Ram 2500 with the 6.4 hemi and with the gas prices thru the roof and getting 7 miles to the gallon, I told the dealer to cancel my order and refund the depot and I went and bought a 22 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon thinking it would ease the pain of the bronco. It didn’t, the gladiator drove like shit on the highway, people must’ve thought I was shitfaced trying to keep it straight. The hardtop wind noise was atrocious it was like driving with no roof all the time. Then I’m September I got an email that the bronco was scheduled for production. I reached out to the dealer and they were nice enough to let me put the deposit back down and keep the order. Then my production got bumped 4 times, then chip hold, then stuck 10 miles from the final destination for 2 weeks then another week to the dealer. I picked it up yesterday and I’m so happy to b out of that jeep. And even after all of that the dealer still gave me the 21 pricing. Which is why your dealer is so full of shit it’s not even funny.

This is infuriating! I have the direct phone number to someone in the Corporate Office that supposedly helped get my rig out of awaiting shipment purgatory. If you want her number, please let me know and I'll DM you. @Ford Motor Company Are you going to help this guy out?!

I know I wouldn’t be happy with anything else but the bronco. I managed to plead my case and get my auto loan extended until December 30th assuming MSRP, I would have to go back to them again for a third time and request a larger loan because of what happened with the stealership if I choose to do nothing about it! It’s like I’m getting fucked left and right

The predicament I’m in thought is a special case. This bronco order wasn’t originally mine. My order was placed in Jan 2022 and still no signs of it being scheduled for production any time now soon. It was my friends (who now works at the dealership) forfeited it to me because he had a kid on the way. We both have a really good relationship with the dealership and why it’s being done under the table which technically it isn’t allowed. It’s under his name officially but under mine unofficially. Last thing I want to do is piss them off and then turn around and say “you know what our offer is off the table” and they keep the bronco for themselves…

Yeah that’s a tough one that could go either way. Maybe push a little and if they don’t budge take the 5k over. Not sure if you have a trade but maybe enough equity to eat the 5k and keep the original loan amount. I’m sure if you walk they’ll add another 10k to the price

Yeah, worst comes to worst I take the 5k loss but never give them my business again

Got off the phone with my friend at the dealership. Apparently it was all just a joke to pull my leg and see how I would react, they got me but not a funny joke :ROFLMAO: I was ready to send the hounds after them. Still getting it for MSRP. .Either A it was actually a joke or B they were serious and my friend got them to back off the markup
