I know you are documenting everything, but I think we all need to present ours stories to Ford and demand compensation/contingencies or our story of their CF will need to be a little more visible and vocalized…
As much as I think it would be awesome to get some kind of compensation, we are nothing more than an anomaly to them :(

As much as I think it would be awesome to get some kind of compensation, we are nothing more than an anomaly to them :(

As much as I think it would be awesome to get some kind of compensation, we are nothing more than an anomaly to them :(
Not true- On my F150 I had an issue when it was in service way too long with no reasoning from Ford. It literally needed a software update after removing the rear facing camera for a warranty issue. It sat for 7 days waiting to have a 1 hour update. Without asking for anything, they came back to me and gave me an extended maintenance warranty for my inconvenience. I was not expecting this and it was definitely a surprise. Karen had told me that they cannot do anything to help with compensation until we actually buy the vehicle, and then they can do some work for us. My guess is they will offer the extended non maintenance warranty, however, I am buying that anyway so I am going straight to the throat for some type of monetary compensation for the interest-rate and lost value in our trade. I will be relentless until they concede to something, because this has been a truly horrible waiting experience, especially watching so many receiving vehicles before us.

That’s good to know! First time buying a new vehicle, not too savvy on what I can and can’t argue with and win…

I just called the csx and ns numbers. They both still say arrive at Richmond Dec 3 at 12:45 am. Wth?
Same car as me... Just called (6am) and still just " loaded " :(

We must be at the back of the bus!

This is a f*cling joke,right? First delivery 11/29-12/2, second 12/2-12/5 now it’s the week of 12/12. My Bronco has been sitting in a rail yard outside of Philly since 11/26. Is it really that hard for FORD to ship a truck from Philly to the Jersey Shore?? What a shit show 💩 If Ford thinks I’m paying $1600 in delivery fees they are out of their fucking minds!!!!

Took mine home yesterday from grapevine ford! Amazing experience all around. They also gave me a bronco back pack with a survival kit, two free hats, and played fair on price. Super happy with it.
