I just called the csx and ns numbers. They both still say arrive at Richmond Dec 3 at 12:45 am. Wth?

When we saw the train on the rail cameras, it was quite a long car hopper train. I’m sure the rain didn’t help. My guess is, overnight, then unloading in the AM.

My rail car has made it to Oklahoma! Left Wichita around 5pm, so decent progress this evening.

yes hoping as well. My rep texted me and stated eta is still 9-15. It’s still on schedule but hoping it’ll be there earlier since it’s here already.

@Itsdchz out of curiosity when you call the NS number do you get information about your rail car? Tried calling it for shits and giggles and I was told the car number doesn’t exist. The first rail car number worked with both CSX and NS, but not this time around

Does not exist. This was completely a CSX -> BNSF freight I think.

I know you are documenting everything, but I think we all need to present ours stories to Ford and demand compensation/contingencies or our story of their CF will need to be a little more visible and vocalized…
