Unable to enable auto time update

Hello,

for the last few months my clock for ford sync itself has been off by quite a bit. I can set it manually but it over time gets inaccurate to more than several hours. When trying to enable auto time update i tap the toggle and briefly show enabled and then disables itself. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I recently replaced the battery but this issue started occurring before replacing the battery. im on sync version 4 2420 rev. 1350 in a 22 base. Below is a video of the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine gives me a notice that I need to turn on location services. I'm not doing that since Ford sells all that data, so it's not that big a deal for me to reset it twice a year. I do not have the issue with it not keeping time, though.
