How will the MY 23 private offers be provided? Is it provided by email to the order holder from Ford or will it just be available on the dealers computer at time of sale? Has anyone actually purchased a MY 23 and received their private offer yet?

I just bought my 23 Wildtrak today. I placed my order December of 21 and replaced the order 1 Oct of 22. I was offered $2925 as price protection. The dealer took if off the MSRP and away I went.

Did you receive the $2925 offer at time of purchase from your dealer or did you receive it from Ford via email?

My blend date was 12/2 and I have not received any email from Ford about a "private offer". Hopefully I do not need to receive an email offer from Ford. I will check with my dealer on Monday to see if I will receive a private offer at time of purchase as I ordered in February 22 (base 2 door)and converted with no changes to MY23 in September. According to the chart on this thread I understand I should be eligible for $2845.

I recommend you call the Marketing Team and get them to look yours up. That way you know exactly what the dealer can see in SmartVincent.

Good to know, thank you! Mine will be coming by rail to St. Louis area and then by truck the last 100 miles, I'm not expecting that quick of a delivery but I'm trying to get my ducks in a row in case it get's here before Christmas.

Just called Bronco Support Team looking to confirm my Private Offer Amount and they gave me a Cert Number worth $975.00. When I questioned I should have $3325.00 (level A 2dr BD) he stated they only have access to Public Offers and any Private Offer via Smart Vincent comes from the dealer only?
7-14-20 reservation (2drBD)
9-30-22 order (2drBL)
11-25-22 built (2drBL, 2.7, SAS, Lux, Tow, Rack, Hoop)
Awaiting shipment (no chip hold)

Private offers are offers only for you or your immediate family. There is a variety of different private offers, but for the Bronco specifically it is the means Ford is using to deliver price protection between model years.

Public offers are offers available to everyone. For example... "Act now and get $3000 cash back on your new 2017 Ford F-150, visit your dealer today!" We haven't seen many of those commercials lately thanks to the component shortages, but that's an example of a public offer Ford may create to incentivize sales. To my knowledge the Bronco has zero public offers--Ford is having no trouble selling the Broncos they do manufacture. (But there was one for the Bronco Sport earlier this year.)

I had a 7/14/2020 reservation for a Base 2 Door. I finally got around to it and placed my order on 9/29/2022 (Base 2 Door order as well).

My Bronco was recently built and is at the dealership, and I will be taking possession this week. From what I have been seeing it looks like I should be in Group A based on my original reservation date. However, my dealership is telling me that there is no private offer showing up in smartVincent. One of my family members works at the same dealership and was able to confirm that the offer is not in the system so I don't think it is the dealership trying to pull one over on me. Calling Ford customer service has been very unhelpful.

My question is does anyone have any thoughts on why the private offer is not showing up? I want to make sure I get this figured out before I take possession of my bronco. Would really appreciate any ideas.

Just took delivery on my 23' badlands and can confirm this is accurate. Original ordered on Nov 9th 21' and received rebate 38644 in the amount of $2,395. I was fully expecting to have to ask for this, potentially fight for it but to my suprise the dealer applied it without even asking. Thanks for posting all this great information!

Do they honor this value on your out the door price from the dealer or is it something Ford will send you a check for in a few weeks? My Bronco just came in and the dealer mentioned to me this is something that Ford will send me a check for later. I just want to make sure this is right and not the dealer trying to pull a fast one on me.
