Update: Was told to try Loveland Ford. They have great reviews online and were recommended by multiple people so I gave them a call. Even though it’s about a hour away I decided to make the trip in hopes of better/quicker service. They had my Bronco in within a week and even looked at it before my scheduled date.

They found a dislodged snap ring in the transmission as well as multiple damaged clutch plates. They also had to rebuild the valve body. They had it repaired within a week and I just picked it up today. They said they hadn’t seen the kind of issues I was having before and attributed it to just bad luck. So glad it’s still under warranty because it was over $10k of work. Glad to have the Bronco back and fingers crossed this is the only issue I ever have with it.

This morning on my way to work, my transmission started shifting very hard and sometimes would not shift at all. I was able to limp it home. I went to Phil Long Denver (where I bought it) this morning to ask about my options for getting it serviced and getting a rental car etc.. he said it'd be at least 2 months before they could even look at it. The service advisors could really care less and did not even attempt to help me.

So for now the car is just sitting in my driveway. Does anyone have any other ideas/options?
2 months to look it! It would have went through the showroom window for a better look with the local news filming!
