There seem to be other options out there for a lot less that have good reviews. Their packing looks haphazard. I'd be upset after spending that type of coin and have it arrive like that. Glad I held off on a purchase.
for the 2-door I haven’t seen a lot out there.

Given how expensive these things are (which I think is ridiculous for what they are), I would be demanding some level of "Scratch & Dent" discount from the seller, or a refund. Glad you're all showing the final product here though. They should be taking note too and making this right by you all who paid full price for them.

Yeah, I’ll have to email them and see what they’ll do. After unboxing/unwrapping everything I didn’t know how I’d be able to box it all back up for a return, and the box was mostly shot anyway.

Trip to UPS for a box and have them send you a shipping label is how I’d do it. If they’re a drop-shipper, then their issue is with the manufacturer’s shipping department. But if they’re actually holding inventory and shipping themselves, then their issue is internal and should be held accountable for not preparing better packaging for their product. Either way, seeing these pictures, clearly indicates a carelessness problem somewhere in their business model!

My assumption is they're just shipping out exactly what they're receiving from the factory as packaged in the box.

My tracking showed my lift being delivered on Friday, but that came and went and no lift. Now the UPS site says the package has been damaged and they are notifying the shipper. Delivery time Unknown.

My V2 was ordered Labor Day weekend and finally arrived on 11/9. My box had minor damage and only the green powder coated tubes had similar damage as OP. When I assembled mine on 11/9, I watched their install video. Some time between when I got mine and that video was made, they made a change. Someone mentioned the 12 bolts needed but only 10 in the package. They changed 2 of those bolts to the hinge pins so there are 2 hinge pins on the blister pack, then I had 2 more in a ziplock bag. I had no idea where these went as they were not mentioned in the video. But they were mentioned on the printed instruction sheet that was included with mine.

I'm curious if anyone with a 6.5" rear speaker pods is using one of these lifts? I have the stock pods and the main contact platform is a snug fit to try to get the lift as close to the roll bar as possible. I was hoping to upgrade to 6.5" pods but thinking no bueno now.

Also, I'm in Ohio, so eastcoast shipments were roughed up also. Mine arrived FedEx.

Totally agree that a $1000 product should not arrive with powder coat damage. Mine was decently wrapped and my box had 3/16 plywood on the 2 short ends for more box protection. Almost like they need the expanded foam fill like Turn Offroad and others use. Wouldn't add much weight for shipping but would add to their packing time.

Just my 2 cents on my experience. I got to a point where i contacted them about cancelling my order. Kinda tired of waiting for it to ship and the fact that I'm in northern Ohio. A November arrival means no topless driving for at least 5 months now.

I did test it to make sure I could use it inside my garage as that was my original concern having an 8 foot ceiling. I was able to get the top off with the lift, under my open garage door, which included the slight angle of the door at the 7 foot opening. Also tested that I could park under it with it at the other end of the garage. I have plenty of clearance. So if anyone is wondering about clearance, unless you have a 7 foot ceiling, you should be fine. I could still remove and clear at 7 foot but did go up a tooth or 2 for the park under test. My Bronco is on 35s with 2" Ford Performance lift.
