Tire Speed Rating

Does Ford specify a tire speed rating ("S" or "T")? I have a 2022 Black Diamond. Looking at takeoff tires for sale, some are "S" rated and some are "T" rated. Some tire places screen for speed rating when deciding whether tires fit your vehicle or not.

I don't know that speed rating matters all that much. Broncos are governed fairly low - low enough from all reports I've seen (102-112mph) such that S and T are plenty high enough, and riding so high going too fast is .. not advisable anyway.

I agree with that. I don't plan on driving my 2DR Black Diamond at 112 or 118 miles per hour any time soon.

Check the tire pressure sticker on the door jamb and you will know.

Always check the tire label. (Reputable) Shops won't install if the tire is rated less than the label.
