Thursday 2024 VINS?

Ok guys so last Thursday a lot of people got their VINS for their 2024 Broncos. Hoping some of us get them this Today. Any luck for anyone so far ? I know it’s early in the day but I’m going to reach out to ford chat soon. Fingers crossed for everyone waiting for theirs

I was able to get mine last week from the Ford chat. Still no email, but I can at least track it now on the website. I had a scheduled for production date 1/8/28 but it changed to 1/15/24 the next day.

Brand new to this. Is there a specific Ford chat to contact for orders and vins, or is it just the standard customer service chat?

Thursday is scheduling day. If you received an order confirmation email from Ford, you should receive an email when your Bronco is scheduled.

Sometimes, scheduling emails will go out on Friday.

Standard chat on their website. They ask for some info prior to being able to start the chat. I was in line in the que for about 5 minutes. The online Ford rep will ask for the order code and sales code from your build/order sheet.

Well, we start this trip around again.....Cancelled Heritage 2dr
Just found out we have been rescheduled for February 5th!!
From cancelled on 11/3/23 reordered on 11/16/23 to build week of 2/5/24

My Everglades I ordered on 11/20 has a build date of 2/5
My Big Bend I ordered in August they said " in the order processing stage and is waiting to be scheduled into our next available production week"

The Everglades is more than I need but it was only 1K more than the BB I have on order.

It's cleanup scheduling today so Ford will only be filling in the empty production slots left over from last week. They usually only have one or two major scheduling weeks each month, but December is a shortened month due to the holiday, so good possibility that we may not see another big batch of orders get scheduled until January.

The best option is just to ask your salesperson at your dealership. If that fails, then yes, just the normal customer service chat can help. You should also get an email after you've been scheduled assuming your salesperson added your email to your order (sometimes it takes a few days for that email to arrive).

Also worth mentioning that anyone scheduled today will be getting January/February build dates with February/March delivery... so there really is no rush to find out if you've been scheduled or not. All it really means is you can hurry up and wait some more.
