Thank you, @Zach@Granger.

Does the 'active order' list you posted include orders being delivered in March?

Trying to understand if, for example, I'm #50, and you have ~10 allocations a month, in a perfect world would that be a July delivery (5 months including March) or an August (5 months not including March).

Again, just trying to get the best guess possible with what info you have, can provide and with the understanding there are commodity and other allocation constraints in the mix. Much appreciated.
No, if you have a VIN you aren't on that list.

Thanks Zach, why the huge jump? Did you see lots of 99’s, transfers or cancellations?
We have a lot in 99. We also have probably 200-300 that are still in reservation status, that we've tried to contact multiple times and never received a response.

Thanks for the update! I got a VIN# 10 days ago but no build date, window sticker or communication from Ford.......I know having a VIN # is a good thing but now I'm in limbo land.

Does any one how long it takes to get a build date or window sticker?
go to the Ford chat and they will be able to provide you with a build date so long as you have a VIN

Thanks...I'll give it a try. I called Ford and they had no idea even though I provided the VIN #

If price protection is still a thing for us, it will be quite a deal.
Eh, by then Ford will have dropped or changed so much stuff it will be impossible to complete the original order "as is" and probably end up being an equipment change - triggering the new pricing. Yeah, I'm cynical.

Serious question. Earlier in the note we are advised that dropping certain things from an order such as Lux, 2.7L engine, trailer hitch, etc. may reduce the delay in completing an order (nothing new there). Later, however, we are told that changing (among other things) the equipment package (like dropping Lux) is one of the things that would trigger the 22.5 pricing. That seems pretty fishy on Ford's part - "Here, drop these options to speed up your order. Congrats, you've been scheduled! BTW it now cost $2k more (or whatever) to get LESS! Winning!".

This is why I killed 10522125, its soo far down the list it was pointless to do anything with it thanks to Ford. I still am going to take advantage of their ESP deal though.
I would never kill an order. By doing so you have taken away a future option you might have had. It might be three years or more but is costing you maybe $100.00, and you don’t know where you will be vehicle wise at that time.

Along the same premise, the 300+- '99'd orders might just be a fraction of that as orders that are followed through upon. Many just put their order in holding status as they might have moved on but don't know in 3 years what their needs will be. Others are specifically waiting for the Mod Top. And others may have acquired a Bronco but are letting the option remain open.

Hopefully someone can shed light on my situation after I've read the price protection a couple times. I might need to read it again. LOL.

Ordered MY21 on 3/17/21. BaseSquatch 2-door, 2.7. base price $30890, sas $4995 = $35885
pushed to My22 and finalized order on 10/8/21. base price $30095, sas $6590 = $36685
$800 price increase and Smart Vincent has the $800 cert on file.

3/18/22 build date and my WS shows base price of $31595, sas $6590 = $38185 ($2300 jump from 3/17/21 and a $1500 increase from 10/08/21) This totally falls in line with the PP from Ford yet my dealer says "only $800". I'm afraid to push them on this but damn, that's some money left on the table.

I made this mistake and killed my July 24th order. I still kick myself for doing that, DOH!

This isnt entirely accurate in if you had a reservation/order in by March 2021 then you get price protection for the new pricing as well.

@Zach@Granger do you have the 22.5MY invoice pricing yet? I dug around last week and could not find it. I'm wondering if the difference between invoice and new MSRP is smaller than the new price protection. If that's the case it would save early folks even more money with you guys and SAC.

I haven't seen one yet, no. But My guess is it would be a slightly larger margin because of the price increase.
