Enjoy the experience. Depending on the weather, you'll want a waterproof jacket for at least the morning. The fog is often quite dense to the point that it condenses on everything. The morning session (about 2 hours) is standing/listening as the guides discuss technique and capability. Don't be shy to volunteer to drive the test rig through those sections. You'll be able to toast your buns with the seat warmers while everyone watches with the fog dripping off them.
