These are
Quake LED Sequential Tail Lights. I got these on sale last year for around $270 from stickerfab. I think my Badlands came with LED tail lights. Also there is a post about them on here just look up Quake LED tail lights.
Thank you

Not as easy as a F150 or SuperDuty, but not to difficult. Only problem I had was one of the lower plastic valance panels broke loose form the mount when I was pulling it off. I had to glue it back on, but It has been holding on fine.

Here is a Video:
I agree. Not hard but not as easy as I was hoping. And BONUS - The passenger side valance panel that you speak of, broke loose on mine too when installing LED bulbs. Off to the hardware store for some JBWeld. Not all that impressed with the "snap together" assembly of newer vehicles. Makes me feel like once they're put together, they weren't meant to be taken apart. I even watched a bunch of YouTube how to videos before tackling the project. Pissed me right off.

It was the passenger side on mine too. Pissed me off also. I ended up using construction adhesive, will see how long it lasts! LOL

I almost bought these, but on the website, they looked pretty "orange" and the lens seems to be very opaque. I ended up just putting led bulbs in mine. Your video shows them looking nice and red. I may be looking into these again!
