I still think it needs protection where you have it mounted but what an improvement over how vulnerable mine is mounted so much lower.

Also that picture I posted looks old. It looks like based off the other pictures posted that the bracket extends to protect the front of the reservoir.

Jerry G. I wrote a reply, but don’t know where it went? Icon makes a great system, unfortunately you picked a shitty shop, basically a hack job. I don’t even see brackets? If you paid by card, I would definitely dispute it. See the pics I posted on this thread.
I can definitely dispute the charge. At this point I'm trying to wrap my head around exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. I will be bringing it elsewhere for any further work.

Look closely at this pic. It shows the correct mounting, front tab of bracket protects the front of the reservoir, bottom of the bracket protects the body of the reservoir. Mounted up high enough that it would be a one in a million shot to damage it, I just don’t see that happening. The bracket is steel. I don’t see the bracket at all on yours? It comes in the kits.

If you look closely at his lower arm pivot you can see his bracket and two bolts used to mount it. His reservoir is just on the bottom side of the bracket instead of the top.

Possibly, IDK, but I see bolts. Good eye!

Armed with last night's forum pics the shop now said they installed them upside down on the wrong side. Supposedly being corrected Friday morning. Thanks to everyone who has been helping me on this- much appreciated.

Yeah, you’re bracket is wrong, but easy fix. This thread had me wondering?

At full compression looks like the hose would be squashed and nocked off by that rear arm. I’d move it.

Not happening. The hose moves in conjunction with the trailing arm. Has 1K Baja miles on it, no issues. I’ll have 1K more next month, can’t wait!
