I'm always running into this problem off road with my LJ, seems like the hill always tilts the wrong way and the gate closes on me, I've taken to planning this in on my parking spot choices. Hopefully, the Bronco comes with some sort of latch to hold the gate open.
The FJ Cruiser had a gas cylinder to push the door open and had a way to lock it open once it was. It worked fantastic.

alittle off topic but your avatar with the Bronze wheel is great...Method racing does a bronze called Roost for Jeep
https://www.methodracewheels.com/collections/street-wheels/products/roost-bronze
they make a 6 bolt pattern too
Thank you. I begged Mo to make me a render with bronze wheels. I’m planning on whatever rims I get getting them power coated bronze or getting some Methods or Black Rhinos in bronze! Also going for Area 51 or Cactus Gray as my body color.

This appears to be Sand paint with Carbonized Gray (moulded-in color) top.

Looks good.

I didn’t figure we’d get lucky enough to get bronze from the factory! I’d love it if we did tho!

Are Jeep owners actually so dumb that they need an instructional video on how to open that? Lol
As a Jeep owner myself, yes.
But also, from what I’ve seen in this thread, future Bronco owners need it just as bad.
;)

I think this is the 1 piece hard top. From what I understand, there will be a modular hard top option as well.
As far as the back glass, does it look like a Jeep, yeah kinda, but it is CGI after all. Maybe Ford is pulling a bait-n-switch(I doubt it lol) but it is what it is. Let hope they took this shortcoming on the Jeep and improved upon it like a lot of other areas.
I'm waiting to see them pull on the tire carrier and the hinges articulate in a way that move it to the side and they drop the tail gate.o_O

Now that I think about it, I really did like how the gate swung open on the FJ. My only delight in a tailgate that drops down is the ability to set things on it like a gas stove, gear, food, my ass, etc.

Also if the tailgate opened up to the drivers side you would have concern about traffic hitting the tire and door. Think about some dummy and their mirror going right across it when you're curb parked.

I figure I was a bit harsh confining my comment to strictly Jeep owners as a whole, when really it is an indictment of our society in general. It’s just crazy that people that stupid can afford a vehicle like that.

There is only one version of the hardtop.

5dr - Hardtop with 3 removable panels

3dr - Hardtop with 2 removable panels
Wait, I thought you said it was a solid piece. Permanently fused together...

The main section of the top is one piece, basically the section over the cargo area. The removable panels are over the seats.
So, kinda like a Jeep?
Oh well. I guess if it ain't broke, do t fix it ?
But we also have options, soft top, mesh top.
I will hold all opinions until tomorrow. Regardless of what anyone has to say, I'm optimistic Ford will check all the boxes ?

Yes, it's basically the same top with the exception of the 5dr model gaining an extra removable panel over the rear seat. I do believe the Jeep only has the freedom panels on the Unlimited.
Totally appreciate your responses. ?

I think the letdown is that the hardtop is a weakness for the Wrangler. This sounds like a solid double, but people were looking for a home run. Still sounds pretty cool. I can’t wait to see it.
