It is basically a shock absorber that provides some lane changing resistance. Trucks that track straight benefit- it is less tiring to drive distances, you stay in your lane easier, and in case of a blowout it can mean the difference between coming to a controlled stop and vs shooting across a few lanes of traffic. Not needed but Really appreciated.
We know what they are.
What we are trying to explain to you is that you have an ELECTRIC rack and thus cannot use a dampened stabilizer. You won't find one because no one makes them.

I have zero issues/problems that I am trying to fix or mask. In case of blowouts they become a safety feature and they also makes long drives a lot more relaxing. I installed one on my motorhome and really does make a difference.
Your motor home may have a 1940's drop style solid front axle like majority of semis. It definitely has a recirculating ball steering box which your Bronco does not. Add to that the stick built lack of tech in the body construction and you have an Amish shed on wheels.

The new Chevy Silverado Fox factory Raptor competitor utilizes a steering dampener on its rack and pinion independent from suspension. Additionally, Fabtech makes kits for the F150.

They are less common, but if you have a large lift and larger tires, it can help, or if you do a lot of high-speed off-road, it would be a big benefit
