That's a tough spot for a stripped bolt head.
If it were me, and the non destructive methods don't work, I would take a big bastard file and spend a few minutes making new "flats" where a big crescent could grab it tightly and break it free.
Worst case scenario, cut the bolt head off with a angle grinder and zip wheel (or hacksaw), then deal with the stud outside of the vehicle (or take it to a shop and let them do it if you have trouble). I would aim for the point that the bolt meets the washer, which should give as much stud left to work with as possible, and is less likely to scratch the frame.
