I tried a search but it did not return any results. Surely this has been discussed and I just missed it. Is it possible to turn the feature off that flashes the park lights when locking/unlocking ? I hate when at a campsite after dark that it lights up the area when I need to get something out of the Bronco.

Thanks

Ai says no go :(

Look for these options in the BCM

Police/Dark Mode" or "Silent Mod

I haven't hooked to Forscan in a while but I will try finding something there.

I recommend enabling the silent mode option for sure. I have it on all my vehicles and it’s perfect for things like camping. I also reconfigured the headlight switch on my vehicles so that it doesn’t default to Auto when you start it to equally maintain some sanity when it’s dark and quiet. If you do go for the silent mode Forscan changes make sure you enable the soft button in the APIM too just in case you want the lighting to come on in a different scenario. My dealer actually made me turn it back on so they could service one of my cars since it keeps it from honking/flashing and that’s how they find it in a sea of cars.
