All, I have a 2021 Black Diamond mid-level trim with the standard stereo/head unit, and it, along with the USBs, is dead - no lights, no power. However, I did have an after-market Audison amp, speakers, and a sub installed early last summer. I suspect a plug/connector came loose, but I just thought I'd check to see if anyone has had this happen. The installer is looking it over tomorrow to ensure it's not something they did, so I can rule that out before I take it to the stealer. I haven't checked the fuses - It's cold as hell here! Thoughts?

Depends on how they installed things. Could have blown a fuse, but about 99.9999% something to do with install.

Be careful going to the dealer. They can very easily deny a warranty a claim since its been altered. Hopefully you have a good standing with your dealer.

That's why I'm having the installer check it first; I've never been to the dealer here and I fear the worst. I think 220BX is right - probs just a wiring issue with the install. Thanks
