Dealerships down here in Phoenix are selling them for around 140k new right now. Some used ones are around 115-130k.

$140k on their single unit in San Diego (Carlsbad). Someone offered them $10k over (i.e. $10k ADM) and they refused. I know they would take less.

I thought most of this absurdity was gone given the trend on BaT, but that trend just got upended by a reversal. Hopefully an isolated data point...
