Whelen does but it's really designed for emergency vehicles. Some overlanders use it but it's not something you really see. It has a remote interface so unlike the old days where you had an actual stalk that went through the door/window, it's just a control cable that lets you move it remotely. Not cheap though since it's designed for emergency vehicles.

PILLAR lights is what most folks go with. I get why you'd want to aim them, makes sense, but you just don't see it that often in the 4x4 market. Hunters like them
