If they fight me and wont fix the situation(Hopefully they wont) What other options do i have? Would a wheel spacer work?
You really should be focused on getting your seller to make this right and leaving what to do if they don't on the other side of a bridge you'll only cross when you have to.

As to spacers they are mostly used to shift a wheel's offset/backspace; I've never heard of anyone trying to use them as a method to secure wheels with too narrow a bore - I *really* don't think that's a good idea.

No, a correct spacer will not work...a hub centric spacer has a shoulder that will have the same Bronco 93.1 bore.
