even at 4k miles ?

My truck actually did it from brand new. I lived with until I scrubbed the forums and figured out what it was. Dealer told me that if they have to put a new driveshaft on it 50 times while under warranty, they'll do it.

I should add, they put the 1st replacement shaft on at 5700 miles. I'm now at 15300 and the new shaft has not exhibited the problem as of yet. The truck gets driven hard with lots of rock crawling..who knows, maybe it was a one time thing and FoMoCo put some top secret super lube on the yoke
