Over the years I have had several soft tops from Mustangs to Jeeps, and I know they all have their drawback to one degree or another. Wind noise, difficulty with windows, cleaning, etc ... I have come to expect those things and happy to deal with it. I have seen issues where people have frayed their tops with how they fold them back, but in my case - the thread has separated and started to unravel from the top itself. The dealer looked at it weeks ago and was trying to determine how to handle it as it gets thread gets longer and longer.
Curious if anyone else has had this issue and if you have gotten a resolution for it.
This doesn't seem like it would take a lot to resolve but here I am almost 2 months later. I do know every dealer is different but all the other dealerships around me are backed up weeks and want me to leave it. Frustrating to say the least.
