Soft top installation

Got a 2022 Ford bronco with the hardtop. Ordered the factory soft top. Comes in two boxes with nothing put together. The service department at my dealership doesn’t even know a price to put together or install. Has anyone else had this problem? Or use the dealer that knows how to do this in the northern New Jersey New York area. Not like the wrangler top which comes essentially put together and can put on the car in less than 25 minutes

Did you order it with the truck or as a separate part?

If it was ordered with the vehicle (on the window sticker) it's included with the purchase as a DIO option.

If it was ordered separately, the book time on it is 4 hrs according to my accessories guide.

I ordered both tops when I first reserved a car but when they pushed my order to a 2022
Ford canceled the soft top gave you a credit gave you FordPass points and only gave you the hard top. Yes I know it says four hours but the dealership doesn’t even know how much to charge or has never put together. Don’t really want a problem that want them to put it together the first time so I can just be put on and off the bronco like it supposed to be. Ridiculous that the part does not come like a Wrangler soft top for you to put on.

Did you order the OEM soft top or the Bestop?

OEM but will return if best top put together.
