For anyone who reads this, the alignment tools were worthless for my install... I used them and when I tried to close the top the middle latches were nowhere near where they needed to be to latch down in place even with the top/middle brackets on the rails all the way back toward the rear. They wouldn't come close to reaching until I adjusted the brackets in the cargo area all the way forward. Even then, it seems like I need to leave the rear latches near the tailgate off to have enough slack to get the middle part latched down securely. Then I have to latch the front and then the tailgate latches last.
