To go from hard top to soft top….are all of the necessary parts sourseable from the soft top donor? Or must some be purchased separately ?

Yes, everything you need for the soft top is not needed for the hard top. Brackets and trim are all different.

I called Ford to order a couple of these parts and the part number on back is not the part number they order from. Attached is the full diagram of soft top parts with the correct part number for each one

I also just purchased a soft top from another member here. The long brackets are already on your Bronco but you’ll need the short brackets over the rear seats. I think these bolt down with the same bolts used on the hard top. You’ll also need the two clips that hood down the rear base of the soft top that allow for the tilt up function. I need to go to the hardware store and get the six 13 mm bolts for the soft top frame. They’re the same size as the other hardtop torx head bolts (M8 1.25).

I think all of the hardware can be left installed under the hard top also making the swap even faster the next time.

This Is everything needed except for the 6 bolts.

Going to attempt the switch over from hard top to soft top this weekend after picking up a new, still strapped to plastic pallet, OEM sift top as part of someone's dual top they didn't want. Hope all trim pieces as well as bolts are in the box that is strapped in to top pallet!
Not sure of that bracket midway on a Braptor though since i have an extra brace/cross roll bar over front head rests...

How did the install go? Were all the parts included or did you have to source parts?

I know it's old but for what it's worth I got dual tops and currently am in the process of selling the soft top. The only things I need to pull from my truck are the two clips for the soft top pop up function and the brackets over the windows. I saw that the trim panels are already in the packaging.

What is the name and part number for the the two brackets above the red circled screws. Thanks, I think I have all the parts except the 6 circled screws and the two brackets above the screws. Thanks in advance...

I just bought a new oem soft top. Still on the pallet and zip tied and such. I see a box with the windows and the bolts to mount but didn’t see the trim panels(the only thing I didn’t take from the owners rig because I thought they’d be in the window box. Where were they in the packaging? I didn’t cut the zip ties yet, were they in the fold?

For the exterior trim panels you gotta cut the zip ties to get to them, they are buried in the packaging. For the interior trim panels I actually needed to contact my Ford dealer for them because they were missing on delivery. Apparently it was an issue with a bunch of '23 dual top orders.
