Might be worth taking to your dealer and "playing dumb" saying it broke when you were putting the top back together, had a friend get his back panel replaced for free under warranty this way after he broke his the same way.Well sh$t. Was very excited for over 70 today in MA and wanted to take the windows off the soft top. Even after watching the video numerous times I still screwed up. Overall it was an easy process and not the tops fault, but much like many first times...it wasn't smooth and I broke some clips. Pics below.
Thoughts on if I can fix or do I need a new rear window? Any idea of the cost of new rear window?

Is that the part number and price for an entire rear window assembly?! I may just order and stock up!Part number: M2DZ7842006DB
Around $180 if all else fails.
So what's the trick to not cause damage?
Thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for!!
if u can get it at this pointThat's no terrible! I thought it was going to be like $500-$800.
Ya gotta be smarter than it to operate it, or at least that what I was taught as a kid"User Fails w/ Soft Top" lol. I just always tell my self, dont grab the canvas in the rear. Just tap/hit the plastic supports and then pull.
