Sorry to hear. Just a FYI, driving fast and aggressive because your late isn't going to get you to your destination any faster. Don't get me wrong I've done it too, but it doesn't work. One time I drove across town with 12" pieces of steel hanging out the tailgate. I drove extremely slow, and amazing thing I got home in the same amount of time it normally takes.
You are right, and I know better. That's why I am so mad at myself

Take the money and run. Then Go aftermarket hood. I already decided it’s the first thing I’ll do once my Bronco comes in 2025.

Long story, running late for work, slipped the clutch, bam! Right into the back of a box truck. So stupid on my part. It's minor, but you guys know how long its gonna take to get parts.

Like @Jazer said. You should be able to get that pounded out by a dent dude. The plasti-cracks are minimal.

If it makes you feel any better, I drove from Nashville to Cali. to see my cousins, and... (About a month after delivery.

Met a Bus driver who swore the light was green:

wait really? clutch doesn't have to be in?
I had my foot on the clutch, but was getting ready to move, took my foot off the brake, and then my left foot got eager and slipped off the clutch. Bronco jumped forward.

Not so surprisingly, (OK, I was totally surprised.) No. State Farm paid over $31,000 to repair. My out the door cost from the dealership was $34,500. Not even State Farm can get their hands on a Velocity Blue Base/Auto!

Waited forever to get it, drove it for a month or two, and then...

Had to wait almost 10 weeks to get my grubby little (OK, they are large.) hands on it. Suffice it to say I now look three times before turning, etc.

Grills a easy fix. Pull it off. Hold it straight and use a solder iron or plastic welder from the back. Then some enforcement tape or mesh followed by a nice coat of black shoe goo. Had to repair mine already from a self inflicted oops. Simple trick all rc bashers use for lexan bodies.

for the hood and bumper plastic I could always run over to the ā€œmountainā€ one night and take a look around for ya. Heard they had 10’s of thousands of new parts laying around.

Agreed I’d be mad too.

I empathize what you are feeling right now.

Seems easy fix though. Good luck

I have an extra Ford Performance Heavy Duty Modular Front Bumper taken off a 2021 First Edition. Its brand new. It has the sensor holes but a cover/plug can cover it up.
