Its because of the locktight. If anyone has taken these off before, when you reinstall them the loctite gums up the thread and will make an impact gun rattle long before the bolt is actually tight. So the tech changes the oil and impacts the skid back on and thinks its good (he stops when the impact starts rattling so he doesn't strip them), but the bolts are actually loose and the vibrating of the skid plate will quickly shake the bolts back out. You have to torque these back down with a ratchet or torque wrench.
