Anyone else experience SiriusXM radio cutting out while listing? Mine seems to loose signal a lot compared to my 2020 Explorer.

Same issue for me…. I have Sirius in 2 other vehicles besides the Bronco and no issues with Sirius cuttings out on my other vehicles…. Major issue with Sirius in the Bronco.

Mine does in places with high tree cover.
As expected with dense tree cover but I’m loosing signal in open intersections where my other vehicle works flawlessly. I wouldn’t be surprised if it were just a loose connector as I’ve already had to fully insert most the fuses and torque the negative battery terminal.

Not sure if the signal is via the satellite antenna or via your phones connection. But Losing signal seems to be whenever I’m in a area with poor cell service, occasionally I got it in areas I understand like under bridges and in parking garages but I cut off my subscription since I found myself using Spotify or FM radio more often.

Yes, it's awful now that the trees have filled in.

Oh nice but here in Colorado no trees have filled in. Been here 20 years and still no trees.

I’ve noticed the same in my OBX. The signal is so bad in the Bronco I don’t think I’ll keep it when the 90 day trial period expires. My Ram and my WRX work perfectly so it can’t be just the tree coverage. There’s something lacking in the Bronco

My satellite signal is pretty reliable. The only times I lose signal is when I’m going under an overpass, through a tunnel, or pulling into my garage.

I get great satellite reception when I’m off the grid wheeling out in the Ozarks and outside of cell phone coverage. 🤷‍♂️

First vehicle I've had with it, so it seems to work great for me. Only place it cuts out is in my garage.

Try the reception with the roof panels over the rear rollbar removed as a test, that is where the satellite antenna is. The roof panel thickness and structure is likley acting as an attenuator to the satelitte signal.

Excellent find, so the the antenna is 180 degrees out of phase. Either a poor antenna design or the honeycomb structure inside the hardtop is causing signal reflections which are attenuating the amount of signal received by the antenna, or both.
Probably doesn’t help I have a GOBI rack too. Now I’m wondering once I add the RTT if it will just knock it out completely.
