I have a sea sucker, but not for this. I use one on my teardrop trailer for holding my trash.. A 250 lb momma bear couldn’t get it down!. It does “suck”

I am not worried about suction loss but am concerned about tearing the glass panel out of its mount. Would not use it on the frameless windows of the Bronco, nor the hardtop, so the only plausible suction locations are the side door sheet metal or the glass panels in the hard top.

Not sure about these, but the 2-gallon square Roto-pax will fit under the front seats for storage.

Thats where i put my water ones. I wouldn't store a filled gas container there, but it solved having to find storage on the outside for water as well.

Personally, I use a spare tire mount for my 2 gallon gas Rotopax, my Badlands isnt sqatch'd so im not worried about the extra weight as it is still less than the beadlock 35".

I had the Sea Sucker Monkey Bars roof rack - after having it awhile, I decided it just wasn’t worth the hassle or worry. Do they work? Absolutely. Do you always have to check the suction pads/repump them? Absolutely. Will you constantly worry about whether you forgot to check them/stop to check them on road trips? Absolutely. When temps are near freezing you also can’t mount them with water under the pads which makes the suction much less effective so they are essentially a warm-weather only accessory. Just look at a different option… that’s my .02
