Traction is increased in all scenarios, in 2H when punching it I can feel the nose go up and steering gets kinda swervy for a few seconds. With 4a on I never have that issue, can take turns a little faster and pull out to change lanes faster. Sport mode has 4a on all the time which to me means it's fine, the vehicle is built for it.
