So after all the past "arguments" about how retro the Bronco should be, how do you feel it came out?
Overall I think they got a lot of cues in and it looks good. The only area I don't like is the headlight/grill area,
but the early bronco was a very tough vehicle to modernize, along with attempting to be retro.

I would like to see more real photos also. I'm sure it will be A LOT better than what Chevy did with the Blazer.:poop:

Like others, I'll wait to judge until we've seen the full thing, but from spy photos thus far, it's looking pretty good. The problem with going too retro is that you box yourself in (pun unintentionally intended?) and get stuck with design elements.

The funny thing is, I actually think the Blazer looks pretty good on its own aside from a few design odditites (namely the back with that horrible black panel in the middle of the bumper - at least they body color it on upper trims but it's still so odd). It's by far one of, if not the best, implementation in the industry of the horrid split headlight setup that everyone's doing these days. That said, I'd agree it wasn't a good use of the Blazer name, but meh.

The front only is too modern for me honestly (standard bubbly modern SUV rounded look)... I hope they have some other grill/light options...maybe square lights?

See I disagree. The new blazer is so much better than the post-k5 I can’t really hate. The “worst” Bronco was the Bronco II and at least that still had some off road capability and decent reliability.

4 door looks good to me.

2 door looks fine from the rear of the door forward. Back half reminds me of a Samurai.

Agreed. I think the new Blazer looks fantastic.

It sucks that they called it the Blazer, but eh.

Bronco II was pretty neat in some ways. And hey...With enough time and money, anything is possible.
