Reservation disappeared on Ford.com

Hate to be negative with all this positive commenting on here but wouldn't it be crazy if they lost all the reservation and order information? Cherry on top for this awesome rollout.

Just spoke to my dealer and they said that George is fixing the site right now, but he doesn't have a working monitor. They'll just pull a display from one of the dirt hill Broncos for now. Sorry Josh, your Bronco just got delayed again. /s

it's amazing how poorly Ford.com is run. I cannot fathom making several changes on a live website (with as much traffic as Ford.com does, no less) with apparently no QA what so ever. In any of the companies I have worked for or am currently working for(both for profit and non profit), heads would roll if the website team continuously make embarrassing decisions like that.
